Nighttime in Kyoto - A bar where you can enjoy a quiet and relaxing time drinking superb cocktails
Kiyamachi is Kyoto's biggest nightlife strip, located right by Hankyu Kawaramachi Station. BAR STAND is located right here on a narrow alley known as 13Alley. The bar interior offers counter seats only, with a male bartender always ready to serve his customers. The shelves are stacked full of Whiskys and liquors, offering the traditional atmosphere of a classical bar. Its Whisky selection stocks around 80 different varieties, including Japanese brands such as Yamazaki and Hibiki. We particularly...more recommend the cocktails prepared by the bartender using a cocktail shaker. The bartender can of course prepare traditional items such as Gin & Tonic and Salty Dog, but BAR STAND cocktails are simply different from the rest. With a unique depth of flavors, each cocktail shows the great care and craftsmanship of the bartender. At BAR STAND, you can relax and enjoy a drink for as long as you like, whether you are on your own or as a pair. This is the perfect place to visit at the end of a sightseeing day in Kyoto to go through all the wonderful memories of the day.
