Yuki no Ka Mont Blanc (Summer Mont Blanc) / ￥1,296
As part of the new “seasonal Mont Blanc” at MALEBRANCHE, they will offer this incredible shaved ice Mont Blanc for the summer starting from June 15 to beginning of September. Because of the use of natural spring water from Niko, Tochigi Prefecture, this special shaved ice is like no other. The shaved ice is incredibly soft, doesn’t melt fast yet it’s not too cold. This magical texture can only be known unless you try it. It’s definitely something you can only try in Japan. Just like MALEBRANCHE’...mores famous Mont Blanc Cake, this shaved ice is topped with delicious chestnut cream and creamy Bavarois on the bottom. Pour two different types of sauces (vanilla and blackcurrant) to enjoy variety of tastes.
4Let's Try !
French Pressed Coffee / ￥756
It’s already incredible that the cakes are carefully made and decorated seasonally to match the sensitivity of Japanese people towards seasons. Coffee is changed according to season as well. It is brewed using a French press on the table for plenty of coffee which goes perfectly well with a cake. Coffee beans are carefully selected, for example, Brazilian Sertaozinho is selected for its great balance of acidity and bitterness with clear taste perfect for complementing the freshness of spring. Th...moreere are other beverages as well like the fruit tea in which the fruits are cut right after each order is placed and brewed at the table.
