The owner, Mr. Hako, is a devoted fan of Rolling Stones, and rock n roll is his life. This place was hidden and difficult to find at first, but once you go in, it's a fun place to be in. A lot of foreign visitors come in both travelers and residence of Kyoto. If you love rock music, you must go to ING!
