Shishikin is located along the takasegawa-river. The appearance and inside of the restaurant is a traditional Japanese style. I can enjoy special cuisine in a calm space. Of course, beef taste is a high quality. In addition to that, its appearance is also significant point of this restaurant.
I enjoyed a difference of each part taste. My most favorite is Brisket which is good and chewy. And white rice goes well with beef, I think, it is must item with beef ! Fresh vegetables helps to refresh beef oil.

If you don’t know what taste it is or you don’t have the specific part you want to eat, please feel free to request your favorite to the staffs. The potion of beef is small, so you can enjoy a lot of parts. At first, a chef shows you the beef before cooking, and then, they will prepare for you, as you want. Onion soy sauce, wasabi and olive oil with pepper sauce are available.
