1Must Eat !
Assorted 8 skewers / ￥1,350
Assorted yakitori and grilled skewers are prepared with sweet sauce or simply with salt. Depending on the availability and the day’s situation, the types of skewers are alternated. You can make a request for sauced or salted when you make your order. If no particular request is made, typically half of the items will be sauced and the other half will be salted.
2Must Eat !
Oyadori yaki (matured chicken) / ￥820
Oyadori yaki is matured chicken served on a hot plate over fire with some cabbage on the side. Wonderfully presented and very tasty chicken seasoned nicely with soy sauce based flavor. Squeeze some lemon for some delicious punch. Chicken is already cooked and ready to be eaten when served. Leave it on the hot plate for few minutes for sizzling hot chicken.
3Let's Try !
Usutsukuri (chicken sashimi) / ￥756
Raw chicken, if for consumption, must be fresh. That is why raw chicken is not served in every restaurant even in Japan. At Torisee, only the freshest bird is served. Usutsukuri, is raw chicken sliced thinly, served like sashimi. On the side is special type of sauce used for dipping the slices of chicken sashimi. Try it with the orange colored graded carrots and radish along with some green scallions.
