Grilled omi-beef on the hot Japanese tile / 1,900 yen
It is the signature dish in this restaurant. Rare beef is offered with a tile and you can prepare the beef as you like. The beef has a high rate of marbled part with fat in the form of a fine mesh. You can enjoy its rich flavor and soft smooth texture as if melting in your mouth. Wasabi, salt, citron pepper and soy sauce are served together.

This beef is also omi-beef. It is cooked already and seasoned with Japanese soy sauce and sugar. Sweet and salty sauce is similar to teriyaki sauce. You can enjoy a different taste with grilled omi-beef.
