Shibori kurodaijyu / ￥1,300 (23g ×5 bags)
This product is made by using the high quality beans called “Tanba Kurodaizu” which is regarded as the best beans in Japan. The beans are simmered for long time to make them sweet and dried moderately. They are soft and you may enjoy the fine taste of sweet “Tanba Kurodaizu”. It has a shelf life of 45 days.

When you see this Japanese dessert, you may notice the interesting figure. This figure comes after the pattern of a hollyhock which is the shrine crest of Shimogamo Shrine.
