Far and away one of the biggest charms of the Kizakura Shop is that you can sample the sake and craft beer you purchased right away in the spacious garden in front of the shop. Many of the items must be kept chilled, so they would be difficult to take back with you. Being able to sample them here on-site is a great plus for travelers. In particular, the Ginjo-Namashu presents a rich aroma the sooner it is drunk, so it is a must-try.

The top recommendation is the Nigori-Shu, which retains unfermented rice particles produced in the brewing process as part of the beverage, giving the bottle contents a cloudy appearance. Give the bottle a shake and then pour to enjoy a rich taste. Pictured at left is the Ginjo-Namashu, which presents a fresh taste the sooner it is drunk.
