Story & Recommendation
Handmade cakes and beautiful pottery in a café located at the back of a narrow alleyway
A café located in a narrow alleyway off the main street. The inside of the restaurant is nice and snug, with a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. It has tables that can seat four people, plus a row of individual seats. This is the sort of place where you could relax even if you were just on your own. We recommend trying the handmade cakes and organic coffee. The plates and bowls are different items made of ceramics. The restaurant uses beautiful pottery in lovely shapes and sizes. We highly recommend stopping here for a rest when you start to feel a bit tired while sightseeing around the town.
Chocolate Cake / ¥600
Moderately sweet chocolate that melts in your mouth. Combine it with the slightly sour berry sauce to highlight the sweetness even more.
Organic Coffee / ¥550
A refreshing coffee with moderate sourness. Add the brown sugar on the spoon to create a milder taste. If you do not normally add sugar to your coffee, we recommend eating the sugar on its own. You are sure to enjoy a unique form of sweetness.
Matcha（Green Tea）Cake / ¥650
The dough mixed in with matcha(green tea) provides a lovely soft texture. The sweetness of the dough and the bitterness of the matcha sauce are exquisitely well balanced.
AWAYUKI Coffee with Vanilla syrup / ¥650
Coffee topped with melted marshmallow. The main feature of this drink is its great aroma of vanilla and the beautiful sweetness of the marshmallow.
