Story & Recommendation
A Family-Friendly Spot with Seasonal Vegetable Smoothies
Hinata Café is situated close to Kyoto Shiyakusho-mae Station, and is especially popular with mothers and families with small children. Inside, there are plenty of toys for kids to play with, diaper-changing and breastfeeding facilities, and a children’s play area. The vegetables used in the café are locally sourced from a famous Kyoto farm with around 400 years of history, Higuchi Nouen, which provides high-quality veg to a number of traditional Japanese restaurants in Kyoto. Besides that, curry rice, hot sandwiches, sweets, and more are on offer at this café with a family-friendly environment.

Many customers bring young children to the café, so it’s an environment where parents can feel free to let their kids have a little fun and let loose.
