This parfait consists of vanilla and matcha ice cream, small round balls of mochi, sweet red bean, green tea jelly, and is topped with whipped cream and a Monaka shell wafer. Very much a Japanese style sweet that is perfect for when you first arrive or just before you leave Kyoto.
