Matcha roll cake set / ￥1,200
This Matcha roll cake is our favorite! It is Matcha flavor fluffy sponge cake with lightly sweetened Matcha and plain whip cream. When you put it in your mouth, it gradually melts as if you are eating a snow. If you order a drink set menu, you can choose your drink from among several kinds of tea. “Matcha latte” is also quite delicious as it is lightly sweetened but still tastes the rich flavor of Matcha.
Matcha MIYABI NO IN, Teahouse blend / ￥1,100
If you order this set, you can choose the dessert from among several selections. As all the desserts are changed every day, you may taste different flavors every time you visit this shop. The taste of Usucha, the thin tea, matches perfectly well with the Japanese dessert as bittersweet taste of Matcha adjusts the sweetness of dessert.
Matcha Zenzai / ￥950
Zenzai is a hot sweet red bean soup made with Azuki beans and rice cake. It is good to have Zenzai in the cold weather as it makes your body very warm. Bittersweet Matcha and sweet red bean soup go certainly well. We suggest that you have kelp pickles that come along with Zenzai as the salty taste refreshes your mouth. Please note that it is offered only during the winter time (around late October to March).
