Just outside the Kyoto Station gate! Delicious coffee carefully brewed by baristas
OGAWA COFFEE Kyoto Station is a café located just outside the Kyoto Subway Station ticket gate. Here you can enjoy freshly-brewed coffee and a variety of complementary sweets and sandwiches. OGAWA COFFEE is very particular about making delicious, high quality coffee, and this famous chain of cafes has many locations centered around Kyoto and the Kansai area. They put a lot of thought into the regions where the coffee beans are grown and the style of roasting, as well as the atmosphere for drinking it. They also have many highly-skilled staff who have won awards at international barista competitions. You definitely do not want to miss out on their recommended Cappuccino, brewed by these expert baristas. OGAWA COFFEE Kyoto Station has all you need to spend a relaxing time with a delicious cup of coffee. On top of that, the location in front of the Kyoto Station ticket gate offers excellent access to transport. It is a great place to stop by for lunch when you have some time spare while on the go.
Cappuccino / ¥490 ~
The winning combination of espresso’s bitterness with the smooth and mild sweetness of the milk really shines. The milk is steamed to create a froth of tiny bubbles. The latte are makes it look as good as it tastes. The clean separation of the brown and white is proof of its deliciousness. They can do latte art in the design of your choice. *Price varies depending on the type of coffee beans you choose. Original Blend: ¥490 / Todays Coffee A: ¥550 / Todays Coffee B: ¥600 *If you want to add more espresso, order One Shot (¥60).
Sandwich / BLT(Bacon,Lettuce&Tomato)¥490│Egg,Tuna&Pickles ¥440
One of the café’s handmade sandwiches. The bread is piled with ingredients, so it is quite substantial. The BLT features juicy thick-cut bacon and fresh lettuce and tomato that you will want to bite into. The Egg, Tuna & Pickles has a perfect balance between the richness of the eggs and the sourness of the pickles. Of course, they both go well with coffee. *There are also two other varieties of sandwich made with seasonal ingredients.
How to Order

The menu has both Japanese and English. In addition to coffee, there is also black tea, smoothies, orange juice, beer, and more. The sandwiches and sweets are displayed next to the register, so take a look when making your selection.

- Order Tips -
Today’s Coffee offers two choices of brewing style. I recommend the AeroPress. It extracts the coffee’s flavors in a short period of time, allowing you to enjoy the true taste of the coffee beans. Hand Drip has a smooth flavor similar to the coffee you drink in everyday life.

A lovely café where you can relax and enjoy some authentic coffee! The cappuccino prepared here by the world's top coffee specialists is truly unique. I generally cannot drink coffee without adding some sugar into it; however, the cappuccino served by the coffee specialists at OGAWA COFFEE Kyoto Station was so delicious that I was able to drink it on its own. A skillfully prepared cappuccino truly tastes deliciously sweet even without sugar! If you have any comments to make about their amazing coffee and lovely atmosphere, please do chat to the staff and let them know! They will definitely be eager to have a little chat with you!
