Delightful yakitori, chicken sashimi, sake, and more in a charming new establishment
A spacious yakitori restaurant, Torisee, opened its doors in August, 2015. The restaurant serves an array of dishes featuring fresh chicken served in form of yakitori, sashimi, fried dishes, and more. There is counter and table seating on the first floor and table seating on the second floor with private rooms that are great for large groups. Torisee is a place where you can eat a variety of chicken dishes at affordable prices and can enjoy whether you come in alone or in a large group.
Assorted 8 skewers
Assorted 8 skewers / ¥1,250
Assorted yakitori and grilled skewers are prepared with a sweet sauce or simply with salt. Depending on the availability and the day’s situation, the types of skewers are alternated. You can make a request for with sauce or salt when you make your order. If no particular request is made, typically half of the items will be with sauce and the other half will be with salt.
Oyadori yaki (matured chicken)
Oyadori yaki (matured chicken) / ¥760
Oyadori yaki is matured chicken served on a hot plate over fire with some cabbage on the side. Wonderfully presented and very tasty chicken seasoned nicely with a soy sauce based flavor. Squeeze some lemon for some delicious punch. Chicken is already cooked and ready to be eaten when served. Leave it on the hot plate for few minutes for sizzling hot chicken.
Usutsukuri (chicken sashimi)
3Let's Try!
Usutsukuri (chicken sashimi) / ¥756
Raw chicken, if for consumption, must be fresh. That is why raw chicken is not served in every restaurant even in Japan. At Torisee, only the freshest bird is served. Usutsukuri, is raw chicken sliced thinly, served like sashimi. On the side is a special type of sauce used for dipping the slices of chicken sashimi. Try it with the orange colored graded carrots and radish along with some green scallions.
How to Order

- Order Tips -
Sake goes well with almost everything on the menu. We recommend ordering locally brewed Shinsei sake available both hot and cold.
