Taste Wagyu beef at a hidden Japanese-style restaurant located on a traditional machiya townhouse street
Passing through Kyoto's machiya street, you will find a “ryotei” traditional Japanese restaurant.
Once you enter, you will discover a completely different atmosphere from the traditional Kyoto townscape that you have seen before, and you will be instantly transported to an extraordinary world.
At Wagyu Ryotei Bungo, the staff, with the spirit of Japanese hospitality, will serve you “no-grilled yakiniku”, which brings out the best of the meat.
A wide variety of Wagyu beef from all over Japan is offered, including “Oita Wagyu” beef, as well as other ingredients that convey the four seasons of Japan.

An extraordinary space beyond a secret door
The restaurant is located at "Nazuna Kyoto Tsubaki Street," a renovated alleyway lined with machiya traditional townhouses that are over 110 years old.
The cityscape and cobblestone streets reminiscent of an old Hanamachi geisha district, isolated from the outside world, will transport you back to the Meiji era.
Once you pass through the secret door on the premises, you will be transported to an extraordinary world, completely different from the Kyoto-like townscape you have seen so far.
