Yudofu is one of the most famous foods in Kyoto, the rich taste and nice texture of the tofu making it a true delicacy. This dish is only served together with a set meal, so you cannot order it by itself. The taste is refreshing and it has a nice balance to it.
*In summer the tofu is served cold.
