The fish used at this restaurant comes fresh from the fish market every morning, so the day’s offerings change every day, and this way you also get to try new and exciting sushi.
The rice, vinegar, and soy sauce used at the restaurant all come from the Hokuriku area, so you can see how proud they are of their heritage. Ordering at the restaurant is done through an iPad, and it can be done in English, Korean, and Chinese, so it’s very easy.
