Kokoro is a new standing bar on Kiyamachi Street where you can enjoy a great selection of food and drinks
This standing bar, Kokoro, is in a small alley about a 4-minute walk away from Hankyu Kawaramachi Station, in a small alley after you take the turn by Baskin Robbins, but lately, this place is getting more and more popular. This bar just opened in 2016, and it is a clean looking bar with a Showa period-style retro atmosphere.
They are most famous for their stews, grilled dishes, and sashimi. There are also many kinds of authentic Japanese alcoholic beverages. And what’s more, all of these are cheap! This bar is great for those who want to drink and eat for a very reasonable price.
Kokoro is open from noon so you can start drinking early! You can eat a lot, or you can drink a lot from noon already. There are many ways to enjoy this standing bar, so I hope you will visit it at least once!
