Offering Kyoto's traditional sake and special bento in a chartered train
Kyoto Sake Den (Kyoto sake train) is a unique and new style event in which we can compare the taste of different kinds of Kyoto sake in Keihan train on September 17th. (Tickets for September 3rd have been sold out already in 2016) 10 kinds of Kyoto sake such as Gekkeikan, Takarashuzo or Kinshimasamune etc., and special appetizer bento are served in a chartered train. The special appetizer bento is made for this event by chefs of restaurants which have got attention recently in Kyoto. The chartered train starts from Keihan Sanjo station toward Chushojima station. Please learn about traditional Kyoto sake while enjoying the changeable scenery from the window. Since Chushojima station area (the last stop) is a popular place as a sake spot, you can enjoy sake after getting off the sake train.
