Walk on the streets of Kyoto
After you have changed to a kimono, it’s time to head out into Kyoto! The shrines and temples are great photo-spots when wearing a kimono, so don’t forget to take some pictures! Besides the famous Yasaka Shrine and Kiyomizu Temple, a small temple known as Yasaka Koshindo is also a well-known spot for taking photos in a kimono. I’m sure that an experience like this will make you love Kyoto even more!

They have all types of kimonos, some of them with modern patterns on them, but they, of course, have those classic floral patterned kimonos too. I was impressed by how they did my hair; they were really kind and professional! The store is close to Keihan Gion-Shijo Station, so after you change into a kimono, you get to stroll in Gion right away!
