Local Japanese sake plus tasting counter in historical Fushimi area
Fushimi area is known to be the mecca of sake breweries where sake industry blossomed thanks to its fresh underground water and the easiness of transportation. Right in the center of a shopping arcade, you will find Aburacho offering 80 local sakes plus a great variety of wines. There is also a bar counter where you can actually try several different sakes for around ￥1,000 depending on the choices. You can learn about the sake industry of Fushimi in this store and discover different flavors of Japanese sake.
