Their goal is to make chocolates which are well-suited for Japan. And they are thinking about the chocolate’s flavor, taste and texture with their enthusiasm. That is why all of chocolates at the store are all handmade. Inside the store is almost a jewelry shop and displayed with colorful, gorgeous and cute chocolates. As you know, whiskey bonbon is popular chocolate around the world. This chocolate also has alcohol, not whiskey but Japanese Sake. The left photo is Sake chocolate assortment which includes 5 kinds of flavor. All of them, Japanese sake from Kyoto is used inside. You can purchase from 1 piece, also can make your favorite combination.
2 inch sized and circle shaped, and approximately 56 kinds of palets are there. And you may be able to find the Kyoto-only limited palets. These are made with specialized ingredients from Kyoto, such as green tea, black beans, Shichimi, Yuzu, Kinako and Sake. Some palets has fresh fruits and nuts on the top.
