These Senbei, or rice crackers, are similar but not quite the same from ordinary rice crackers. There are 6 different flavors each with a stamp of a vegetable on top indicating its flavors. Looking at the ingredients list, there are only three listed. Simply and naturally made these senbei contains mochi rice, sugar, and one of the following vegetables: kabocha pumpkin, gobo roots, chestnuts, purple yam, carrots, or spinach.
