Story & Recommendation
GRAND MARBLE offers a fusion of Japan and west in Gion with its delectable marble Danish pastry cakes
Grand Marble Gion is located on the world-famous Hanamiko-ji Street, a place that is bustling with tourists. Take a step inside the pristine shop and you can see the beautiful garden that changes its look in accordance with the season. This shop specializes in Danish pastries in the shape of a loaf of bread, which they call Marble Danishes. Their Marble Danishes are made with Japanese ingredients and western flavors. You can eat it as-is or toast it. They have many flavors like green tea, red bean paste, chestnut, and strawberry. Each pastry is carefully made by hand. Japan is proud of its gift-giving culture, so the pastry packaging is also made with great care. They also have some other, adorably packaged sweets, such as their Marble rusks and Marble crunch. Whether you give them to your friends, family, or partner, they’re sure to feel delighted.
