Bungo, a Wagyu Restaurant opened in February 2023 on Shinbashi-dori, a historic street in Gion. They offer the finest Wagyu beef in a 10 dishes kaiseki style using dashi broth. At Bungo, you can enjoy a fun dining experience with live preparation of menu items. The staff ensures the perfect cooking of the beautifully marbled Wagyu beef. They use award-winning "Oita Wagyu" from Oita Prefecture, known for its high quality and healthy fat content. Bungo is affiliated with a teahouse, where guests may have the opportunity to meet Geisha and Maiko during their meal, making it a unique cultural experience.
